But even when you eat well, that’s my problem. I love fruits and vegetables and with the heat periods I let myself go a little on these foods, raw vegetables too. That’s why I’m in pain right now. (…) It is absolutely necessary to prioritize starchy foods, but without sauce when you are in pain. I know that if I don’t do that, I end up in the hospital and on a drip. This isn’t the first time Alicia has shared her health concerns. Last April, she confided that she had mononucleosis. And shortly after, she had a big allergic reaction as she had revealed in photos.
