“I raise them in moderate Islam”, Amel Bent confides as rarely on his relationship to religion!

In a video interview with musician Manu Katché, the coach of The Voice decided to make big confidences about her relationship to religion.

“I am raising my children in the Islam which was taught to me. That is to say very moderate, with each one his degree of faith and practice”, first explained Amel Bent in La Face Katché. And to continue: “In my family, they are all Muslims but no one practices on the same scale. And we exchange … I think it’s beautiful to be able to live a religion in that way.”

Moreover, the main interested party wanted to talk about all religions to her babies: “My daughters, I taught them everything from Adam and Eve. They understood why there are several religions.”

“I told them that the most important thing is to believe in God. And that if they talk with other children who do not believe in God, or who believe in this or that prophet, I told them that God asked all the men and women who believe in him to be kind. You have to be kind to everyone, the one who believes, the one who does not believe … “, Amel Bent concluded.
