I Muvrini in concert at the Fémina in Bordeaux!

I Muvrini (“Les petits mouflons” in Corsica), is the flagship group of Corsican music. Since their creation in 1979, its members have defended the culture and language of their island, mixing their voices with many artists (Sting, Floren Pagny, MC Solaar, Luz Casal…)

New album !

Before the release of their new album announced for next December, the musicians ofI Muvrini currently roaming their new songs on stage. Switzerland had the premiere with a final at the Grand auditorium of Montreux in front of 2000 spectators. Since September, they have taken to the road again, passing through Belgium, the Netherlands and France. I Muvrini has also just unveiled a new 3-track CD “Face u pane” (“She makes bread”). 3 titles in tribute to the anonymous heroes of everyday life, who also take us to Afghanistan alongside children bruised by war and in the streets of Naples, the bubbling city.

Corsican polyphonies

The members of the I Muvrini group have often been asked which way their hearts swing, between modernity and tradition. With this show, Jean-François Bernardini and his acolytes answer us, better than ever, that they sing of anger, hope, but also love, and that they still do not know if it is modern or traditional. Their songs speak to the world and to each of us. Don’t miss them! Their Corsican polyphonies will rock the walls of the Fémina theater in Bordeaux, Saturday November 13 at 8:00 p.m.
