Musical Trip was born from the union of 2 songwriters from Metz, Stephi (vocals/keyboard) and David (guitars). Rocked both by Pop Rock Folk Blues and sharing a complicity in the city as on the stage, the duo was naturally created.
music enthusiasts, lulled by pop rock folk soul blues, curious to explore this universe mixing various sounds, warmth, positivity and sensitivity. One trying his hand at singing/keyboard and the other having fun playing guitar of all kinds, the idea of playing together was almost all mapped out.
The real musical and artistic approach began in 2014. This is where the local scenes begin between Metz and Luxembourg, in revisiting some great standards and then composition.
To their assets 2 self-produced EPs. The latest “On Your Cloud”, released in July 2020, consists of slightly more rock sounds with a dose of folk pop. Year when the duo welcomes drummer Denis Bastien.
Last June, they released the single “I’ll be fine”, a taste ofa 3rd EP in preparation.
