“An angel that no one can forget”

Marie-Angèle “she was an angel, that no one will be able to forget. We had almost the same story, and that’s what brought us closer. She was a very calm, very sweet personremembers Angélique Lamaille. The first time I arrived at the home, I will always remember, she had a smile, she was the person I started talking to. She was a shy and very withdrawn person but she was a ray of sunshine, for me she was my sister. You can’t forget a person like that.”

Friday, she will testify in front of Monique Olivier. “I’m very stressed, I’m afraid when the truth will come out. All I ask is that the truth be told and that his body be found, because we can’t mourn. I don’t even sleep anymore, it’s hard”she confides.

“There were a lot of dysfunctions and I hope that we will be listened to, in memory of Marie-Angèle, Estelle Mouzin and Joanna Parrish.”

According to her, “justice was too slow, they should have had the trial before. Because the other rot [Michel Fourniret] is dead. I don’t know how she [Monique Olivier] is going to be at trial. These people are monsters, but why did the Auxerre justice system do nothing? For what ? I have hatred in me. We can’t turn the page, we live with it. How do you want us to rebuild ourselves?”
