On the set of Do not touch My TV (C8), Isabelle Morini Bosc debate on the various and varied subjects proposed by the moderator. And behind this woman of convictions hides a deep malaise. Indeed, the historical columnist of Cyril Hanouna was rape victim. In interview with Jordan De Luxe for Entertainment TVthe 65-year-old journalist tells the story of this horrible attack.
It was six years ago, in July 2016, at the Saint-James park in Neuilly-sur-Seine, very close to the Bois de Bologne. While she went there to do her jogging, Isabelle Morini-Bosc did not come out unscathed. “I was belted back as I walked. He took me to a grove. A gentleman who was a marathon runner…“, she remembers. Throughout the scene, the one who is currently facing the illness of her husband Alain wanted to exchange with her attacker: “I parleyed all the time, I had a lot of composure. Obviously he wasn’t a full-time bastard, we talked a lot. It lasted two hours… And then, I finished my jogging.“
She came out scarred but refused to go to the nearest police station. “I did not file a complaint because I was dirty (…). Filing a complaint to magnify the statistics is not… And then, I have a fault, I have an over-empathy. Somehow I forgave her. I lived it, now I close the door.“
Isabelle Morini-Bosc, who revealed before this case to have been raped three times and to have been touched for five long years, believes to have had “a lot of chance” that day. In March 2020, on the set of Do not touch My TVshe recounted the scene:He laid me down in the grass. I could see the trucks go by, but no one saw me because the grass was tall. I have a scar on my back. The gentleman didn’t manage to unzip me, he put it everywhere else, in my eyes, in my ears, in my stuffy.”
This terrible rape upset her, and Isabelle Morini-Bosc now takes new precautions when jogging. Indeed, she runs”in areas where there are many people” in order to avoid any bad meeting.
