This is the story of a world champion who dreamed of being an actor. Having become a real idol in the eyes of the French since one evening in July 1998, Frank Leboeuf decided to move on completely for his post-career. If his teammates at the time, like Didier Deschamps or Zinedine Zidane became renowned coaches, the 54-year-old former sportsman chose a completely different path. Having left for several years in Los Angeles to train as an actor, he returned to France some time ago and things are going wonderfully since he has a string of roles in the theater and on television.
Alongside his professional life, Frank Leboeuf is a fulfilled man who has shared his life with the superb Chrislaure for almost fifteen years now. Before that, the footballer passed by Olympique de Marseille was in a relationship for a long time with a certain Betty, from whom he had two children, Jade and Hugo. His eldest has also become for several years now an influencer particularly followed on social networks with no less than 150,000 subscribers on his account. She is very active there and shares a lot of moments of life, whether with her husband Stéphane Rodrigues, but also her son, Elon James.
I just ask her to be careful when she posts pictures
Jade now lives mainly from her activity on Instagram and this new profession arrived with the advent of social networks remains a mystery for her father. “I am happy for her, but I find it difficult to understand what she is doing”admits Frank Leboeuf in an interview for Paris here (October 5 issue), before acknowledging that she’s old enough to know what she’s doing: “She’s 31, she doesn’t need my advice”. Despite everything, the former teammate of Emmanuel Petit with the Blues remains attentive to the well-being of his daughter and gives him good advice. “I just ask her to be careful when she publishes photos that we don’t attack her for this or that reason. I said to him: ‘If you bite, I bite with you'”he concludes.
A protective dad with his daughter Jade, Frank Leboeuf certainly knew how to reassure her with this interview.
