A few years ago, an event of unprecedented magnitude shook the world of French cinema. Coline Berry, actor’s daughter Richard Berry, filed a complaint which had the effect of a bombshell. In this one, she accused his own father of incest, rape, sexual assault and corruption of a minor

According to Richard Berry’s statements, his apparent silence in this matter stems mainly from the extremely polarized climate of opinion that prevails. “There is no room for that, it is not audible. The movement is so strong that whatever we say will backfire. We have seen this clearly with all those who tried to say anything. I trust justice. Justice has expressed itself twice, three times.”
As a reminder, the complaint filed by Coline Berry was dismissed. The actor’s daughter was also twice convicted of defamation against her former mother-in-law, Jeane Manson.
