The sky will be generally cloudy after an episode of morning showers in southern Quebec, while in the rest of the province the weather is expected to be rather sunny.
In Montreal and Montérégie, Environment Canada is even forecasting a Humidex 26, while temperatures will be within seasonal norms in the western sectors of the province.
On the North Shore of Montreal, the humidity will be felt in the afternoon, all under a sky alternating between sun and clouds, according to forecasts from the federal agency.
There will also be fewer clouds in the sky in Estrie, Beauce and Quebec with a mercury of 20 degrees on the thermometer, including in northern areas such as Saguenay.
On the other hand, in the east of the province, the weather will be sunny, but cooler in the evening, especially in Bas-Saint-Laurent and Côte-Nord.
The rain returns Friday to water most of the southern and central sectors of the province, while the weather will be partly sunny in eastern Quebec.
