Still charged with aggravated rape in Argentina, the second row of Section Paloise, Hugo Auradou, is back in training, in Pau (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), this Monday morning, France Bleu Béarn Bigorre learned from Section Paloise, confirming information from the newspaper Sud Ouest which had filmed him at the club’s training center.

The player is being prosecuted, just like Oscar Jégou, the La Rochelle player, for aggravated rape in Argentina, but they were allowed to return to France six days ago. The complainant, a 39-year-old woman, claims to have been raped and assaulted by the two internationals, on the night of July 6 to 7, in a hotel room in Mendoza, on the sidelines of a tour of the Blues in South America. The Pau and La Rochelle players admit to consensual sexual relations, but deny any violence. Their lawyers filed a request for dismissal on August 27, on which the Argentine courts are due to render their decision soon.

Section Paloise, however, clarified to France Bleu that although Hugo Auradou has resumed physical preparation, he is not back in full training with his teammates.
