It is a subject that is still being talked about… Although the outcome of this affair will not come for several months, Ary Abittan is still arousing as many reactions since he was placed under judicial supervision after a young woman filed a complaint against him for rape for facts which would have taken place in 2021. The actor would have been very violent during a sexual relationship with the complainant.
On October 30, 2021, the comedian would have received the alleged victim at his home, in his Parisian apartment. The duo would then have had a first sexual intercourse, consented, before everything goes wrong a few hours later: “She then knows according to Paris Match, a traumatic experience. An unwanted anal penetration, a very abrupt vaginal intercourse, slaps, strangulation and repeated cries followed by a sharp, terrible pain”relayed Cyril Hanouna on TPMP several months ago before giving more details: “Three times, she would have asked him to stop. In vain. Ary pretends ‘a mistake’ then once his case is over, asks him to help him change and wash the sheets soiled with elements constituting evidence of what his accuser advances”.
Since then, justice has been investigating and will not render its judgment until much later in the year, or even next year. However, this does not prevent some comedians from discussing the case. Proof of this is with “Funny Chinese”, or rather Bin Hay Mean, which referred to Ary Abittan in his last show.
In one of his sketches, the comedian was ironic about a situation by explaining that he was for “double consent”. “I am not Ary Abittan. I want people to be free…” he continued before stopping dead when he saw the reaction of the public. “Okay, so that’s your limit?”he asked the spectators before continuing: “I can make jokes where I fuck Louise, but if we’re talking about a guy who puts beers in young girls’ ass does that shock you?”. A valve which still made the room laugh out loud, but which undoubtedly shocked part of the public.
