After spending a few days under the sun of Saint-Martin for her integration journey with Amandine Petit (Miss France 2021), Clémence Botino (Miss France 2020), Vaimalama Chaves (Miss France 2019), Cindy Fabre (Miss France 2005) and of course Sylvie Tellier, Diane Leyre headed for the 2022 Cannes Film Festival. Thursday, May 26, the beautiful 24-year-old brunette climbed the steps of the event for the very first time. The Parisian had opted for a vaporous pink dress which gave her a hard time. Despite the concerns posed by her outfit, Miss France 2022 showed a broad smile in front of the photographers. Thereafter, she attended the screening of the film broker by Japanese filmmaker, Hirokazu Kore-eda, the winner of the 2018 Palme d’Or.
After Miss France?
Although she still has a few months left to reign, Sylvie Tellier’s little protege was asked what she intended to do after returning her beauty queen scarf and tiara. “It’s a year that offers us plenty of opportunities and can redirect us to the rest of our career – whether we want to leave this environment or stay there”she explained to TV Mag before indicating that she did not think “not to return to the same profession, in the same company”. “But that doesn’t mean that I won’t one day develop something in the real estate sector”she continued. “Entrepreneurship has always interested me and I would like to develop a hair care project. I am in the midst of research because it takes a long time to find the team, the suppliers… but the idea is there”she added. “I need challenges. I always have to think and create”.
Moreover, the election of Miss France 2022 will be held next December on the side of Châteauroux (Indre) as in 2017 during the victory of Maëva Coucke.
