As a heat wave hits part of France on Monday July 10, journalist Damien Mascret explains, on the 19/20 set, the effects of heat on health.
According to a study published Monday, July 10 by Inserm, more than 61,000 deaths would be due to high temperatures in 2022 in Europe, including 5,000 in France. Headache, malaise, exhaustion, profuse sweating are signs of heat stroke. “You must immediately get in the shade and cool if possible”, indicates the journalist and doctor Damien Mascret, on the set of 19/20, Monday July 10.
Sleep in a room between 20°C and 26°C
