How much does the 2022 Audi e-tron GT cost?

The Audi e-tron GT is a sports car that derives directly from the Porsche Taycan. Indeed, it shares the chassis and the mechanical elements such as the battery and the motors.

Aesthetically, it is “a car that differs from the Porsche Taycan. [Toutefois] we recognize the generic shape of the car compared to the Taycan sedan”, mentions the columnist of the Car guide Antoine Joubert.

With its weight of 2,300 kg and its 93 kWh battery, it can cover a distance of 383 kilometers. Antoine specifies that the autonomy decreases to 300-320 km at freezing point and to 250 km when the mercury reaches -15 degrees. “It’s not the most impressive car in terms of range,” he laments.

A full charge using a type 2 terminal will take 10 hours. A 270 kW fast terminal recharges the battery from 5 to 80% in 23 minutes. Interesting fact: the sedan has a charging port on each side of the vehicle.

Unique road behavior

The columnist appreciates the road behavior of the e-tron GT which he describes as “resolutely sporty”. Thanks to its two engines and its cavalry of 590 horsepower, the RS version completes the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds. The base model — rated at 469 horsepower — completes the same exercise in 4.1 seconds.

“A word about the driving position: I love it! […] The seats are [également] well drawn”, he rejoices. Antoine nevertheless adds that visibility is reduced at the rear because of the small window. In addition, four passengers can hang comfortably.
