How can I prevent my child from spending his summer in front of screens?

childrennot all but many of them, swear by their screen : that of the game console, the telephone, the PC or the TV… The rest of the year, their already busy schedule between school or college, homework, extra-curricular activities and rest, limits this time spent in front of a screen. In summer, on the other hand, it is more complicated to take them off. If they are neither in a summer camp nor in summer camp, our children stay at home while we work, and do not see the time spent playing or scrolling, a time that can sometimes be counted in an impressive number of hours. Going out, reading, playing sports, nothing seems as appealing as their PC or phone. This is not without consequence on their health, physical and psychic. What to do then to succeed in occupying them differently?
