Talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations took place on Monday 14 March. President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke of difficult negotiations. Journalist Thomas Cuny takes stock of the situation.
The Russian and Ukrainian delegations, which met on Monday March 14, will meet again on Tuesday. “[Elles] gathered this morning for the fourth time and will resume talks tomorrow, after a break this afternoon. Once again, Ukraine demands a ceasefire and the withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory.”reports journalist Thomas Cuny, in duplex from Przemysl (Poland).
The Kremlin announced “not to exclude that the Russian army launches assaults against the big cities, in order to take control of them”, continues the journalist. Paradoxically, the Finnish president, who spoke with Vladimir Putin on Friday, assured that Moscow (Russia) no longer demanded a change of government at the head of Ukraine.
