Less than three months before the release of the second season of House of the DragonHBO released not one, but two trailers on Thursday to give a taste of what’s in store for viewers.
The first trailer focuses on Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen (Emma D’Arcy), Prince Daemon (Matt Smith), and the second, on Alicent Hightower (Olivia Cooke), her father Otto (Rhys Ifans) and his children, King Aegon (Tom Glynn-Carney) and Prince Aemond (Ewan Mitchell).
In short, on each of the two camps which promise to face each other during this second season, the release of which is scheduled for June 16. On the program: violence, revenge and dragons.
The story of House of the Dragon – The dragon’s housein French – takes place 200 years before the events of Game Of Thrones and is interested in the Targaryen dynasty, the ancestors of the character Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke). The first season of House of the Dragon followed Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen in her fight to be named heir to King Viserys I (Patty Considine).
