1. Magog: Marina district
Located on the shores of Lake Memphremagog, in the Eastern Townships, this new “condotel” inaugurated last December was designed precisely to attract business people – almost 70% of the target clientele. It features 30 luxurious condominium-style suites, fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, including a washer and dryer.
Nine-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, large windows, fireplace and heated balcony… The decor is intended to be inviting to offer moments of relaxation after a day of work. Some rooms can even be transformed into a conference room that can accommodate a dozen people, including 404, which gives access to the terrace with spa and sauna.
For larger gatherings, the large reception room can accommodate up to 120 people standing.

2. Saguenay: La Saguenéenne
Built in 1980, at the gates of Saguenay, in the district of Chicoutimi, this hotel has been undergoing a major facelift since the owners took over management of its meeting rooms and restaurant in 2023. In the fall, we inaugurated the new ballroom, which can accommodate up to 1,000 people — with a surface area of nearly 8,000 square feet, it is one of the largest in northeastern Quebec.
This immense hall can host large events, such as shows, with its permanent stage, its dressing room infrastructure and its quality acoustics. The structure has not been changed, but the investments have made it possible to change the materials, furniture and equipment.
The hotel has not been very active in the business tourism market until now, but management is now hoping to change that by revitalizing all of its conference rooms. The 11 rooms, totaling 17,900 square feet, are expected to be renovated at the end of April. Already, the hotel management claims to be more dynamic in the conference market.

3. Saint-Siméon (Charlevoix): ÖBois
This snowmobile relay transformed into an ecotourism center was inaugurated recently in Charlevoix. The co-owners have kept the frames of the various installations on the site to transform them into accommodation. From the outside they are log cabins, but the interior offers luxury facilities.
Le Refuge is dormitory-style accommodation that can accommodate up to 12 people. The Stable has been transformed into a small four-bedroom complex and the Forgery has been transformed into a private chalet including a large bathtub overlooking the forest.
Lodge Arthur, a large chalet that can accommodate up to 100 people for business meetings, in particular, includes a restaurant and a bar.
It is possible to rent the entire site, where 28 people can sleep, for a night out with colleagues, for example. Depending on the different packages, you can take advantage of the services of the on-site restaurant or even opt for a caterer or a private chef.
The co-owners also want to build a range of other chalets to increase this business tourism offering.
Located in the heart of nature, this site allows outdoor lovers to practice cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or off-piste skiing in winter, and hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, pedal boating or paddle boarding. in summer.

4. Wendake: First Nations Hotel-Museum
This hotel-museum, which opened its doors in 2008, officially inaugurated its expansion last November. The new wing includes 24 rooms (including luxury suites) and two additional conference rooms, which will allow the company to position itself more favorably on the corporate market, the project’s instigators hope.
The new Kabir Kouba room, entirely glazed and with a view of the river, can accommodate up to 70 people. Like all conference rooms, it is equipped with cutting-edge technology promoting professional meetings. For a more intimate meeting (up to 12 people), the Akiawenrahk room, which has just been renovated, offers a view of the forest. And for large events, the ABC Room is ideal — it can accommodate up to 250 people and be divided into three distinct spaces.
The Huron-Wendat Museum, located on the same site, includes 350 unique objects from great Wendat families classified as “cultural heritage of Quebec”. It is possible to rent the museum space for an exclusive event in a cultural setting.
