Although it often flies under the radar, the Comme au premier jour inn in Saint-Pacôme is one of the first restaurants in Bas-Saint-Laurent to hold high the torch of local sourcing.
She has continued to do so with brilliance since 2001, as evidenced by her nomination as one of the 15 finalists of the year for the Aliments du Québec au menu Restaurateur Award.

Some classics like the lamb from Agnellerie de Kamouraska continue to delight guests, as does the personalized welcome from the Santerre-Parent family, which offers a superb option in a region that is sometimes a victim of its popularity.
