Host Stéphane Plaza accused of domestic violence by three former partners

The testimonies describe a personality very different from his public image. M6 host Stéphane Plaza is accused by three former partners of verbal and physical violence, reveals an investigation published Thursday September 21 by Mediapart. “He then grabbed my hand at the fingers and turned them violently”says one of them in a written testimony consulted by the investigation site. “I screamed in pain. Three of my fingers were hanging off, they quickly turned purple and swollen.”

The investigation depicts a man who multiplies conquests and uses psychological pressure on the women with whom he has an affair. Stéphane Plaza “exercises manipulation, pressure and mistreatment” in order to “bringing together several serious relationships at the same time”always according to the same testimony. “The serious problem is not infidelity, but violence”adds this ex-partner.

“At first I thought I was living a dream”

Another former partner, met on the show “Research apartment or house”, also describes a toxic relationship. “At first I thought I was living a dream”, she says. But she notices an evolution in the behavior of the facilitator. “He was sometimes very aggressive, he told me that if he saw me with someone he would kill me”, she says. This former companion also talks about the denigration and humiliation she suffered from the TV star. “You’re the lucky one to be with me, not the other way around.”, he says one day in a conversation. She ends up filing a complaint for violence and threats.

Questioned through his lawyer, Stéphane Plaza denounces “totally extrapolated, even false allegations”, and “fanciful accusations”. The lawyer adds that “most of these allegations are not unrelated to three women he dated and who, ultimately rejected, banded together against him to harm him by any means possible”. The real estate specialist even announces having filed a complaint “for harassment and cyberharassment”.
