Health authorities report 1,819 hospitalizations on Thursday, including 594 due to COVID-19, a decrease of 40 from the previous day.
Quebec also reports 15 additional deaths from the disease, including one in the last 24 hours, and officially lists 573 new cases of COVID-19.
Since the start of the pandemic, 1,297,408 infections have been reported, and 17,846 of them have been fatal.
