In the hives, the honey is already “packaged” by the bees: it is sealed in the cells, which protect it and allow it to be kept for a very long time.
Click and Nectar decided to take advantage of this wonderful natural method of conservation by providing its bees with small wooden frames in which the bees build portions of comb honey.
The beekeeper lets the bees work all season, then harvests the frames in mid-August, which contain an average of 250 grams of wax and raw honey, “packaged” in a natural way. AB certified raw honey in a cultivated box Embelium.
