Gad Elmaleh’s weekend was not easy. First, he, like millions of people around the world, mourned the disappearance of little Rayan.
“How sad. Rest in peace, little angel. Thoughts for Ryan’s parents and loved ones. Congratulations to the Moroccan rescuers who did everything to save Ryan”said on his Instagram account, the native of Casablanca.
Then, Gad learned bad news on Monday, February 7. One of his famous friends was the victim of a violent road accident which led him in emergency to the hospital.
American stand-up star Ryan Hamilton has announced on his social networks that he has been “hit by a shuttle” when trying to cross a pedestrian crossing.
“I am sorry to report that I have to move some upcoming shows as I had an accident. I was hit as a pedestrian in a crosswalk by a shuttle. I have a fractured arm which required intervention surgery, seven broken ribs, and a punctured and collapsed lung. I can’t fly until my doctors clear it. Fortunately, my mom was able to drive to be with me, and I’m now heading to Idaho with her to recover around my family. I am very grateful to her and many friends for all their help”said the main interested party.
