A man suffered serious injuries after a hit-and-run Saturday morning in La Prairie. His life is feared.
Police officers from the Roussillon intermunicipal police department were called to intervene around 4:15 a.m. in a residential area of La Prairie, near Sainte-Rose and Saint-Henri streets, according to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ).
Officers found the man seriously injured on the ground. According to the Sûreté du Québec, the victim was taken to hospital in critical condition.
SQ reconstructionists were called to the scene to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
