who will say the opposite. Indeed, the actress is in a relationship with the host Nagui with whom she has been married since 2010. If she is fulfilled in her relationship, she deplores the fact that she is criticized simply because she is in a relationship with the facilitator.
This is why she decided to make a violent rant this Friday, March 8, 2024, on the occasion of Women’s Day. Melanie Page wished “make a point” to its subscribers. “My name is Mélanie Page, I am an actress, I am a mother. Mother-in-law, wife, my parents’ daughter, my sister’s sister, I have opinions, I do things, I think things”she first recalled.

Mélanie Page, not just Nagui’s wife
With this declaration, she wanted to remind people that she is not only Nagui’s wife: “Right now I feel like I’m being reduced to a part of me. That is to say, seen through the prism of ‘the wife of’ only”.
On the poster for the play What doesn’t kill us, Melanie Page was invited on the show The original bandon France Inter. A program presented by Leïla Kaddour, but also her husband Nagui. “There were negative reactions on the fact that he dares to invite me”she noted.
“Because I think that there is really this a priori in relation to my status as “woman of” […] I really don’t think I had a free pass to play that”, she defended herself. She recalls being at her “12th piece” and is therefore legitimate in his work. “So because of my husband, would that mean I don’t have the right?”she asked herself afterwards before recalling that we are in 2024 and that a woman has the right to “take responsibility for herself and just the right to be judged and criticized for what she does, and nothing else”.
