The children of Alain Delon filed a complaint this Wednesday, July 5, 2023 against the actor’s companion, Hiromi Rollin, for acts of moral harassment, abuse of weakness and misappropriation of correspondence, announced their lawyer Christophe Ayela at the AFP. “I suspect an abuse of weakness and I count on the investigation to establish it”, he said. The complaint was filed by Anthony, Anouchka and Alain-Fabien Delon with the parquet floor of Montargis, in the Loiret where the actor owns a property in Douchy. Their father joined in a written statement, says the lawyer. Master Ayela claims that this “lady-in-waiting” “prevents his children from coming to see him regularly, as they have always done. She is authoritarian, threatening, even going so far as to mistreat Mr. Delon’s dog in an unacceptable way”. For his part, the eldest son of the legend of French cinema, Anthony, wanted to add to the collective complaint for “moral harassment” a second complaint against Hiromi Rollin for “willful violence on a vulnerable person”, “abuse of weakness”, “sequestration on a vulnerable person” and “violence on an animal”as he announced to AFP, referring to “facts established over a year and a half”. Hiromi Rollin’s lawyer, Maître Yassine Bouzrou, for his part published “Madame Rollin disputes all of the facts with which she is charged and which have been widely publicized in the press (…) She will file a complaint against members of the Delon family and bodyguards for the aggravated voluntary violence suffered on July 5” .The latter having been expelled from the home of the actor and then hospitalized.
“100% solidarity with children”
Since the start of the case, many relatives of the movie star have supported his children in this process against this 66-year-old “lady-in-waiting”, such as Bernard Montiel or the photographer Jean-Marie Perier. Among them, Véronique de Villèle, a close friend of the actor, even wanted to testify to BFMTV, saying to herself “100%solidarity with the children”. And even if the former co-host of Gym Tonic was never able to meet her in person, she remembers with great bitterness her telephone exchanges with the latter, while she was trying to contact Alain Delon directly. “It’s not complicated”, says Véronique de Villele. “Before, I had messages from Alain twice a week. When I went to the cemetery to Mireille Darc’s grave, for example, I sent him a note (…) And he answered me ‘oh thank you my love , thank you darling’. I only have that, as messages from Alain.”

“No no he can’t talk to you, he’s tired”
But, in recent months, it has been impossible for her to reach her friend: “I send words. I ask for news, ‘I’m worried, I haven’t heard from you’. Zero news.” Until the day she manages to come across Hiromi Rollin on the phone: “I had this lady, very hateful, and she said to me ‘no no no, he can’t talk to you'”, she says. Furious and worried, the ex-presenter nevertheless tries to persuade the one who has lived with the star the star since 2019, and her stroke: “You are going to tell him who I am, I am not a fan who calls Limoges. I am his sister, I have been with him for 50 years”,would she have advanced. What Hiromi Rollin would have answered: “No no he can’t talk to you, he’s tired.”
