His heart attack allegedly took place while he was at his “great friend”, actress Grace de Capitani. “The next day, we called the fire department. I had even sung, but before the entrance on stage, I was not very, very well […] I spent my time signing and taking selfies with the nurses, nurses and then the guy who operated on me. It was very funny”, he quipped. A year after his heart attack, Frédéric Longbois is now “in great shape”. A relief for his former coach, but also for all his admirers.
