The story is not a hoax, a 50-year-old German tourist has to have his penis amputated after having sex for 24 hours under the influence of drugs.
The 50-year-old would have spent a night in the seventh heaven with his wife in the Italian town of Castel del Piano, in Tuscany.
The couple would have taken drugs, ecstasy (XTC) in particular, before having sex for 24 hours, according to what reported “The Mirror”.

The next day the 50-year-old man found himself in intensive care at the hospital where he was told that his phallus will now have to be amputated.
According to the British tabloid citing medical reports, the German tourist suffered from severe sepsis which resulted in the death of tissue in his genitals and scrotum.
