One year after the dramatic road accident that he caused under the influence of psychotropic drugs, Pierre Palmade is awaiting his trial for 2024, which could be reclassified as “aggravated homicide and involuntary injuries” at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office. And on RTL, this March 5, 2024, journalist Sophie Neumayer shared a few lines from the psychiatric expertise to which he was the subject. We discover two very distinct personalities in this portrait of the comedian, she says.
“Fasting, and interested in mature women”
First of all “that of the actor, humorist, hard worker, fasting, and interested in mature women”she says, while we think directly of the singer Véronique Sanson, who was his wife between 1995 and 2004. Then, “that of the unbridled reveler living his homosexuality in a displayed and all-powerful way”. And the columnist says that “it is the second face which gradually took over“, quoting the doctor, who notes a “ralways seeking more hedonism at the risk of the rest of his life” at Pierre Palmade.
“In search of a piece of paradise, however artificial it may be”
In the end, the doctor notes that “the actor’s professional decline coincides with his discovery of the drug 3M™ and its psychological and sexual effects.” Sophie Neumayer continues: “he believes that Pierre Palmade has become aware of the seriousness of the consequences of his actions. He is guilty and dejected, but he still struggles to fight against his addictions”. We also remember the images of Pierre Palmade who was surprised in a nightclub in Bordeaux, just after his treatment.
The proof “that he remains in search of a piece of paradise, however artificial it may be”, estimates the person in charge of the portrait who recognizes that the comedian “begins to realize the extent of the efforts to be made”…
