Hard blow for Frédéric François… As he prepares to go on stage at the Olympia on November 12, 2023, the singer finds himself with his nose buried in paperwork. And for good reason, two of his former collaborators decided to turn against him, Alexandre L., the former private secretary of the artist and David B., a fan who became the handyman of the interpreter of Crazy Love.
Assigned to the industrial tribunal, the singer who had in turn filed a complaint through his company Capitale Music did not ultimately obtain satisfaction from the Liège Labor Court according to information from Purepeople. Indeed, according to the judgment rendered on Thursday October 5, 2023, the court considers “that there was no urgency, and that the original action was therefore unfounded”. So, Justice ordered Capitale Music, one of Frédéric François’ two production companies, to pay 3,600 euros to Alexandre L. and David B.

“Hidden work”
As a reminder, it was on May 22 that Frédéric François was summoned before the industrial tribunal of Boulogne-sur-Mer following complaints from David B., his former colleague.
The latter demanded salary arrears over a period of three years, the maximum possible duration. “It’s no secret, my client worked for Frédéric François’ production company, organizing his concerts, his clips, running the official Facebook page, for many years”had assured on a daily basis North Coast the lawyer of the former fan of Frédéric François, who is none other than Tiphaine Auzière, the daughter of Brigitte Macron.
And to add: “There was no declaration upon hiring, nor payment of the related salaries. The court will assess. For the concealed work, we have filed a criminal complaint.”
