It’s very distressing”. And to add: “We are very happy, it’s the happiest day of our lives, and all of a sudden we are told: ‘Okay, it’s the happiest day of your life but in fact it’s not going well and we have to worry’. I spent two months watching to see if it wasn’t going down, and with each bottle, it was going down…”
