his daughter Lola is also a journalist!

In 2018, Bruce Toussaint joined BFMTV to host “Live Toussaint”, from nine a.m. to noon. And after four years spent on the famous news channel, the journalist decided to take on a new challenge. At the dawn of his 50th birthday, Bruce Toussaint has decided to leave BFMTV to join TF1! The newspaper Ouest-France announced this Thursday, October 5, 2023, that Bruce Toussaint will present there from the beginning of 2024, a new morning meeting linked to information.

The channel then specified that the journalist will discuss information, the art of living, culture, daily life and even major trends. “I am delighted with the arrival of Bruce Toussaint at TF1, a very great journalist who will be able to give the necessary impetus to this new event. The creation of this new program is a further illustration of the ambition of the TF1 group in Information and its desire to strengthen the close link with the public”commented Thierry Thuillier, Deputy Director General of Information for the TF1 group.

Bruce Toussaint: his daughter Lola follows in his footsteps
And if everything succeeds for Bruce Toussaint on the professional side, on the private life side, all the lights are also green. The journalist is married to Catherine Fruchon who is also a journalist. More precisely, Madame Toussaint is responsible for the magazine Literature Without Borders, a program broadcast weekly on RFI (Radio France Internationale). Together, they have two children, Noah and Lola.
Unsurprisingly, the youngest, who is 23 years old, has decided to follow in the footsteps of her famous parents and pursue a career as a journalist! “She is very interested in it. She’s taking classes at a journalism school, so we’re really in the kind of complete cliché! But hey, she’s 22 years old, let’s say that it’s a possibility for her and that she will then make the ideal choice for her life. But it’s a high probability…had also confided Bruce Toussaint, very amused, in the columns of Gala. And everything suggests that Lola decided to stay on this path since she joined the editorial staff of Paris Match and wrote articles on the magazine’s website.
