their sister, has just filed a lawsuit against them for invasion of privacy as revealed by our colleagues at Parisian this Friday March 29, 2024.
They will be judged on direct citation for “use, retention or disclosure of a document or recording obtained through invasion of the privacy of another person”. As a reminder, Anthony and Alain-Fabien accuse their sister of manipulating their father and hiding his state of health from them. They also suspect her of wanting to bring back Alain Delon
in Switzerland in order to avoid paying too much inheritance tax.

A recording that made Anouchka come off her hinges
For his part, Anushka
, confirmed his intention to bring his father back to Switzerland but assured that this would not be to treat him there. The family feud has been going on since January 2024 and it took a funny turn when Alain-Fabien and Anthony broadcast the recording of a conversation between Anouchka and their father.
It was this recording that pushed the young woman to file a lawsuit against her two brothers. She accuses them, in fact, on January 5, 2024, of having recorded her without her knowledge in the middle of a conversation with their father. The two brothers then published, two days later, on their Instagram account, what they presented as the recording of a conversation between Alain Delon and his daughter.
