“Hiromi was always friendly during my stays in Douchy and always available to help”, this close friend of the Delon clan who evokes the “lady-in-waiting” of the actor!

Alain Delon’s children filed a complaint this Wednesday, July 5, 2023 against the actor’s “lady-in-waiting”, Hiromi Rolin, for acts of moral harassment, abuse of weakness and misappropriation of correspondence, announced their lawyer Christophe Ayela at AFP. “I suspect an abuse of weakness and I count on the investigation to establish it”, he said. The complaint was filed by Anthony, Anouchka and Alain-Fabien Delon with the parquet floor of Montargis, in the Loiret where the actor owns a property in Douchy. Their father joined in a written statement, says the lawyer.
As a reminder, in 2019, Alain Delon suffered a cardiovascular accident, followed by a slight cerebral hemorrhage. Operated, he was hospitalized, then placed in intensive care. From, “this woman who has moved in with him is becoming more and more aggressive, denigrating and insulting towards him, and towards his children”, continues the Delon lawyer. According to him, she “never stopsisolate Alain Delon from his relatives, his friends, and his family, using maneuvers and threats. She systematically monitors her telephone conversations and private messages. She answers in his place, pretending to be him, she tries to intercept his postal mail. Master Ayela indeed affirms that this “lady-in-waiting” “prevents his children from coming to see him regularly, as they have always done. She is authoritarian, threatening, even going so far as to mistreat Mr. Delon’s dog in an unacceptable way”. For his part, the eldest son of the legend of French cinema, Anthony, wanted to add to the collective complaint for “moral harassment” a second complaint against Hiromi Rolin for “intentional violence against a vulnerable person”, “abuse of weakness”, “kidnapping of a vulnerable person“ And “animal abuse”as he announced to AFP, referring to “facts established over a year and a half”.

An argument between the actor’s eldest son and his “lady-in-waiting” at Alain Delon’s birthday party at the end of 2021 was, according to him, a trigger: they disagreed about a fall , requiring stitches and hospitalization. “At this precise moment, I became aware of an abnormal situation which was going, I was convinced, to deteriorate over time”, writes Anthony Delon. According to him, the situation in two years has taken “such proportions” that her father himself asked his “lady-in-waiting” in writing that she leave her residence in Douchy.

Hiromi Rolin would have helped father and son to reconcile
In a press release, Maître Christophe Ayela gives more details on the charges against Hiromi Rolin: “She never ceases to isolate Mr. Alain Delon from his relatives, his friends, his family, using maneuvers and threats.” According to our colleagues from Paris Match, the placement of his Malinois shepherd, Loubo, in a kennel against the will of Alain Delon would have finally decided his three children Anthony, Anouchka and Alain-Fabien to file a complaint against Hiromi Rolin. The one who is presented by the Delon children as the “actor’s companion” had nevertheless been presented by the latter as his “companionJapanese Hiromi”during a documentary dedicated to him in 2021 on TV5 World. The couple was still observed last May, at the premiere of a film in which Alain-Fabien Delon played a leading role. But faced with these accusations from the Delon clan, relayed by their lawyer, against Hiromi Rolin, a family member wanted to share his memories of this 66-year-old woman. He assures that “Hiromi has always been friendly during (her) stays in Douchy and always available to help”. Under cover of anonymity, he testifies that she would have worked for the latter to reconcile and get closer to her youngest son, Alain-Fabien. A testimony and a perspective that will undoubtedly be part of the next debates of this terrible affair intervening barely 15 days after the sale of a large part of the works of art of this immense actor.
