Twenty-four hours after the complaints filed by the three children of Alain Delon, a preliminary investigation was opened against the companion of the cinema monument, in particular for acts of moral harassment.

Hiromi Rollin, targeted by two complaints from the actor’s children, in particular for acts of moral harassment, “dispute all of the facts” who are accused of him, announced his lawyer, Yassine Bouzrou, in a press release sent to AFP on Friday July 7. “Madame Rollin will file a complaint against members of the Delon family and bodyguards for the aggravated voluntary violence suffered on July 5, 2023 and confirmed by a medical certificate”added his advice.
A preliminary investigation following the two complaints filed by the three children of the sacred monster of cinema was opened and entrusted to the research section of Orleans and the research brigade of Montargis (Loiret).
Two successive complaints
A first complaint from Anthony Delon, dated Monday, targets Hiromi Rollin for acts of moral harassment, violence against a vulnerable person, abuse of weakness and act of cruelty towards an animal, according to the public prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Meaux. The second complaint, in the name of Anthony, Anouchka and Alain-Fabien Delon and dated Tuesday, relates to accusations of moral harassment, misappropriation of correspondence and animal abuse.
It is denounced “the denigrating and aggressive attitude of Hiromi Rollin towards Alain Delon and his children, his actions tending to capture for his benefit the latter’s letters and telephone messages and the blows dealt to Alain Delon’s dog “reports the prosecution. “By declaration signed and attached to the complaint, it was indicated that Alain Delon associated himself with it”according to the same source.
