Clémentine Autain, deputy La France insoumise of Seine-Saint-Denis, judged on Saturday May 7 on franceinfo Emmanuel Macron is “in great difficulty, as shown by his inability to appoint a Prime Minister” while the President of the Republic was officially invested on Saturday May 7 for his second term. “Here we go again for the big bla-bla-bla”she quipped.

“Emmanuel Macron was badly elected and the anger is very strong towards him and he is today facing immense difficulties in forming a majority that would allow him to continue his policy against the French”she said.

The left-wing parties, freshly gathered for the legislative elections around the New People’s Ecological and Social Union banner, have the ambition to shake up the presidential majority at the ballot box. Emmanuel Macron “is under pressure from our dynamic with the New People’s Ecological and Social Union and the candidacy of Jean-Luc Mélenchon to be Prime Minister”she believes.

In his inauguration speech, the President of the Republic appealed to the humanist fiber of left-wing voters and to young people: “In words, he is trying to tell us a story that has absolutely nothing to do with his program and with what he has in mind for the French”she complains. “Here we go again for the big bla-bla-bla. For five years we had the formula ‘liberate energies’. I saw that it had been replaced by ‘liberate creativity'”she quipped.
