Incarcerated for five months, Cédric Jubillar proclaims his innocence in the disappearance of his wife, Delphine. He submitted a new request for release.
In a prison van, Cédric Jubillar arrived at the Toulouse courthouse (Haute-Garonne), Tuesday, November 16. For the fourth time, his lawyers will try to obtain his release. Until today, justice claims to have enough elements to keep him in pre-trial detention at Seysses prison for the murder of his wife, Delphine. The nurse’s husband claims his innocence.
For nearly a year, Delphine Jubillar has not been found. In Cagnac-Les-Mines (Tarn), where she lived with her husband and her two children, the mobilization did not weaken. Monday evening, in front of his home, some piano notes resounded, and candles and flowers were placed by passers-by. A tribute to the deceased, who was to celebrate her 34th birthday.
