A vanilla / hemp seed affogato
My extra tip for twisting a scoop of vanilla ice cream with roasted hemp seeds, make an affogato. That is to say, pour a coffee on it or a long espresso. The ice cream will melt, the cream, the vanilla ice cream will soak up the coffee. Just like roasted hemp seeds which will become soft while keeping crunchy. It’s extraordinary.
