Marckens Vilme, Jonathan Martinez-Reyes and Joseph Pallotta are the three individuals found guilty of the biker’s first degree murder by a jury in less than two days of deliberations while a fourth defendant, Marc Issa El Khoury, was found not guilty .

The foursome were accused of killing Niagara Chapter Hells Angels Michael Deabaitua-Schulde as the biker exited a Mississauga gym on March 11, 2019.

Marckens Vilme filmed while being shadowed by the police.

The defendants were unaware of this, but Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigators were conducting a major investigation into illegal sports betting at the time and were watching Deabaitua-Schulde when the murder was literally committed before their eyes.

During the trial, the Prosecution demonstrated that the suspects were not helped by luck another time when patrolling officers from the Peel Regional Police noticed their vehicle which sported a Quebec license plate and was parked in the parking lot of a motel, before the crime was committed.

The Prosecution also established that the defendants had been stalking their victim for approximately two weeks. A license plate used to commit the crime was stolen on February 26. That same day, a GPS beacon was attached under Deabaitua-Schulde’s SUV and it was interrogated 140 times until the morning of the murder, 14 days later.

The suspects would have even gone to the motorcyclist the morning of the crime, but the latter had already left for the gym. They waited until he was alone to kill him.

According to the evidence presented at trial, Vilme and Martinez-Reyes were the shooters while Pallotta and El Khoury drove the vehicles, one of which was set on fire.

With the Ruffriders

According to our information, Marckens Vilme, 30, grew up in the bosom of the Ruffriders, a street gang of blue allegiance involved in drug trafficking and acts of violence in Pierrefonds and in the west of the island of Montreal.

According to our information, he and the members of his group would have notably fulfilled contracts for the Greek organized crime of Montreal.

Vilme, who has repeatedly been the subject of investigations by Montreal and Laval police, has already been observed in the company of certain members of the Hells Angels.

Marckens Vilme has a long list of criminal records. He was notably sentenced to 21 months in prison for drug trafficking in June 2011 and eight months for conspiracy and extortion in February 2014.
