To succeed him, the Royal Mansour teams have bet on a completely different emblematic figure in the culinary world. Her name ? Helene Darroze. Obviously, the happy mother of two children will take over the management of the two restaurants of the prestigious hotel – the Great Moroccan Table And Table – from the spring of 2023.
