After its opening in 2010, the palace called on his services to delight the taste buds of its customers. According to their feedback, the dishes prepared by the famous cook lived up to the excellence of the establishment. After several years of sharing his know-how while training his teams, the main interested party decided to embark on new adventures.
To succeed him, the Royal Mansour teams have bet on a completely different emblematic figure in the culinary world. Her name ? Helene Darroze. Obviously, the happy mother of two children will take over the management of the two restaurants of the prestigious hotel – the Great Moroccan Table And Table – from the spring of 2023. Not a little proud, the sidekick of Laeticia Hallyday has also taken to his Instagram account to share the happy news.

The one who launched a new restaurant in Paris on March 7, is eager to get busy behind the stove: “I am very happy to commit myself to Jean-Claude Messant and his collaborators to inspire and lead the French restaurant and the Moroccan restaurant to carry loud and clear the values of this great house”, underlined the juror of “Top chef”.
