The hearts of Picardy are small heart-shaped madeleines, soaked in apple brandy. This artisanal product immediately appealed to gourmets. He was quickly rewarded by the chamber of agriculture and integrated into the Terroir Hauts de France brand. Building on this success, Virginie has developed other sweet and savory recipes.
