He would have been forced to watch his partner be raped by an alleged murderer

A Maryland man saw his partner go through hell before his eyes on September 19, during a violent attack committed by a man who allegedly committed murder seven days later.

Jonte Gilmore, 26, recounted how he managed to escape the night of the attack in an interview with “The Baltimore Banner.”

According to information relayed by the “New York Post”, the man behind this savage attack is Jason Dean Billingsley, arrested Wednesday evening in Bowie, Maryland.

The latter is the main suspect in the murder of a 26-year-old woman, Pava LaPere, who was found unresponsive on Tuesday.

Her body was lightly clad and she showed signs of violence. She was the founder of EcoMap and Forbes magazine included her in a list of 30 people under 30 who were about to change the world.

Jason Dean Billingsley, 32, who had just been released on conditions after serving a sentence for rape, was nevertheless wanted after a violent attack on September 19. He allegedly raped and beat a woman in front of her partner, before attempting to burn his two victims.

hell

Jonte Gilmore was sleeping with his partner when a man knocked on the bedroom door of his basement home in west Baltimore. The intruder claimed to have to carry out emergency maintenance work, when the woman went upstairs, a man pointed a gun at her before throwing her to the ground and asking her where her money was.

The victim was then awakened with a gun placed on his forehead. The attacker asked him where the money was.

“If you try to do something stupid, I’ll rape your female dog upstairs,” the man said, according to Jonte Gilmore.

The latter was then tied with his hands behind his back. He had to kneel on the ground.

The attacker then put duct tape on Jonte Gilmore’s face and ankles before turning on music and raping the woman repeatedly.

The man allegedly slit the woman’s throat as she fought against him to avoid being strangled to death. Jonte Gilmore saw the man drop the body of his partner who pretended to be dead.

The attacker wiped his face with a cloth containing flammable liquid. He set fire to the residence before leaving the scene.

The woman managed to roll on the ground towards the exit, while Jonte Gilmore was trapped. She later returned with another individual. Jonte Gilmore then had skin grafts applied to his thighs and other parts of his body Wednesday at the hospital. His partner also had to be hospitalized for burns.

Police investigation

Jason Dean Billingsley, a 6’4″ 305 lb. colossus, knew both victims. The police believed the attacker had committed a targeted crime. They didn’t believe the colossus could target other people randomly. They therefore searched for Jason Dean Billingsley, without notifying the population.

Jonte Gilmore broke down in tears upon learning that his attacker was the main suspect in the murder of Pava LaPere.

Gilmore’s mother, Latrice Johnson, deplored the work of authorities.

“The police did not do much in this case and they waited until there was another victim,” she stressed.
