He falsified more than 80 prescriptions to obtain morphine, codeine and Tramadol in pharmacies in western Toulouse.
This 36-year-old man, arrested by the gendarmes, repeatedly used a prescription that had been issued to him via Doctolib.
These very strong painkillers were for his personal consumption.
He was sentenced on Tuesday to eight months in prison suspended and two years of probation. He will have to treat himself and also reimburse his victims because there is some 8000 euros in damage for the traders.
