“In the same way, entering into a kind of contract with the parents of students already exists,” assures Sophie Vénétitay. “So, at some point, we must give ourselves the means to act in the long term, rather than making a speech which will mark people’s minds for a few hours and which will then leave us alone with our daily difficulties in colleges and high schools.”

We need “more adults in schools”

Gabriel Attal announced that a consultation would take place in order to arrive at concrete measures. “We will of course go to the consultation”, indicates Sophie Vénétitay.
