A complaint that dates from April 2022. At that time, a certain Cécile, a 43-year-old actress who shared the poster for the play “Boeing-Boeing” with Thierry Samitier, accuses the latter of having been “far too enterprising” from his view. But it is only this Tuesday, May 9 that the star actor of the series of TF1, “Our dear neighbours”, was taken into custody as reported 20 minutes. The 59-year-old actor is notably accused of having harassed and sexually assaulted his co-star of the play, although he remains presumed innocent of the facts with which he is accused until the final judgment of this case.
According to the complaint that our colleagues were able to consult, Thierry Samitier would have been “enterprising” from their meeting which dates from 2018. “Your beauty disturbs me”he would have told him before showing himself “very tactile”. A situation that put Cécile “very uncomfortable”. Later, on October 24, 2018, the actor would have entered the complainant’s dressing room to press her against the mirror. “I felt that he stuck his penis against my buttocks”she assures the investigators before continuing: “I was stuck between him and the dressing room mirror.”

Thierry Samitier accused of sexual assault since 2018
She reportedly managed to push him away with her arms before returning to the stage to participate in rehearsals for the play “Boeing Boeing”. Even later, still according to our colleagues, Thierry Samitier would have tried to kiss her by force on the mouth after having pressed her against the wall again.
Another of his co-stars filed a complaint against the actor for similar facts. At the time, the play was stopped immediately. The plaintiffs had also received the support of Franck Lebœuf, who was also part of the cast of the project. The former French international had, for his part, confirmed inappropriate behavior on the part of Thierry Samitier.
