He enters a bar in the Dordogne and shoots the employee with a pellet gun

Police arrested a 59-year-old man after an altercation at a bar. This Friday, July 1, according to the police, this man entered a bar in downtown Périgueux and asked to see the boss’s son. The latter not being there, the man explained to the employee that he was still going to take revenge. He reportedly pulled out a pellet gun and fired several, aiming for the employee’s face before fleeing. The employee has red markings according to the police but he did not need to be transported to the hospital.

The suspected shooter was later arrested by police. In police custody, this 59-year-old resident explains that he shot because he wanted revenge. He would have been fired from this same bar a few days ago because he had drunk too much. This man is not known to the police. He is this Saturday noon still in custody at the Périgueux police station.
