Since 2018, Dany Boon has been spinning perfect love in the arms of Laurence Arné. But if the 56-year-old actor, comedian, director, screenwriter and producer is now happy as a couple, the latter has gone through particularly difficult times. Years ago, when he had just arrived in Paris, Kad Merad’s sidekick experienced a terrible betrayal.
“I had arrived in Paris, I was in deep shit. I was banned from banking, I didn’t have a penny, I owed everyone money. I was doing street entertainment, I was picked it up and I was living at her place”he confided to Guillaume Pley during his visit to Legend.

It was only after a brief round trip to the north of France to see his family that Dany Boon learned the truth about the woman with whom he shared his life. “I was hitchhiking at the time, I went back to see my mother in the north and I’m coming back to Paris. And to continue: “I arrive, I open the door and I see a hairy leg protruding on the floor from the doorway. I come in and I see my girl with a guy in bed. He throws himself on his sunglasses sun, he’s naked, and she’s like, ‘No no no no’ and I say, ‘I haven’t bought enough croissants’.” Fortunately, Dany Boon’s financial and love situation subsequently improved. To date, the actor is at the head of a pretty small fortune and flourishes alongside a woman who respects and cherishes him on a daily basis.
