he can no longer stand all his spelling mistakes!

In December 2021, Diane Leyre was crowned Miss France 2022. Since then, the pretty young woman from the Paris region has acquired considerable notoriety, which allowed her to co-host the morning show on Europe 2 for a season, alongside Guillaume Genton. A former real estate developer, the 26-year-old young woman recently experienced a little disillusionment in Salvador, during the 72nd edition of the Miss Universe competition, where she was eliminated in the first round of the election. No question for Diane Leyre of being disoriented: this Monday, January 1, 2024, the Miss extended her best New Year wishes to her some 590,000 subscribers, but the sentences she published did not please her dad

Indeed, in “her letter to 2023”, Diane Leyre made numerous spelling and grammatical blunders, which her dad, a brilliant real estate businessman, did not appreciate. We can read for example: “You have been a year of change. With a start full of questioning after such a magical year 2022, that I was afraid that you would not live up to the happiness that your predecessor brought me. A year where I had to come face to face with myself and rebuild everything. You had a big challenge ahead of you. 2023, you opened my eyes to who I was, who I am and who I want to become. You reconnected me to my childhood dreams, those I had bailed out.”

“Page 1, page 2, page 3…”

On WhatsApp, Mr. Leyre was very annoyed at seeing so many spelling mistakes, and called his daughter to order, who according to him cannot afford to appear so inaccurate with the French language after having was Miss France: “On your 2023 retrospective, you have surprisingly many spelling mistakes. End of page 1: you mean turned back and not bailed out. Page 2: avoid and not avoid. Page 3: each trip and non-trips. Created and not created. Amazing of you, you who never make mistakes. Your text is great despite everything. We love you.”

Diane Leyre can, however, be reassured, because his father missed a few other spelling mistakes, noticeable from the first lines : the young woman forgot to put the words “change” And “questioning” in the plural, and, conversely, put the word “child” in the plural instead of leaving it in the singular. In short, what trifles which amused us all.
