A lovely property worth several million euros, and with an incredible surface area of 2000 square meters, that the former sidekick of Caroline Margeridon and Pierre-Jean Chalençon offered himself, a few weeks before Christmas. As he saw fit to point out, this exceptional property was built at the very beginning of the 18th century. It is today listed among the oldest post hotels in the country. And Julien Cohen is very proud to reveal all the celebrities who stayed there before he acquired it.

In 2020, Julien Cohen left Deal done to take on any new professional project: the second-hand dealers’ houses, a project which allows professionals in numerous sites ranging from 800m2 to 2000m2 to exhibit their antiques and other beautiful old goods and leather goods to be acquired. To date, three Maisons des Brocanteurs exist, and are located in Châteaudun, Péronne and Avallon. Julien Cohen is also the creator and editorial director of the quarterly magazine Story hunter.
