Having undergone 4 back operations, Mimie Mathy reveals that she regularly needs a “wheelchair”

will be the guest of Nathalie Levy… And good news, while waiting for Canal + viewers to discover the interview with the 66-year-old woman, the latter gave an interview to our colleagues from TVMagazine.

In a completely intimate interview during which the actress spoke in particular about her health. Indeed, after revealing that she was currently “GOOD”, half of Benoist Gérard still wanted to clarify that she could not run “like a gazelle”. As proof, Mimie Mathy indicated that she sometimes needed help.

“My back was cut open four times”

“I may use a wheelchair when I’m at the station and my seat on the train is at the end of the platform, but I’m fine and I walk as best I can,”she declared.

“I had four back operations due to herniated discs. The doctors widened my spinal canal, I had cauda equina syndrome, which causes all the nerves to get stuck and is related to my somewhat original configuration”, continued the flagship face of TF1.

Surgical interventions now behind the sixty-year-old who wanted to be reassuring: “I had my back cut open four times, but now I’m fine.”. “It’s going as well as possible because, once again, I won’t do the New York marathon”she concluded.

“Joséphine still has great missions to accomplish!”

As a reminder, while rumors about the end of Joséphine Guardian Angel are circulating on the Web, Mimie Mathy wanted to reestablish the truth. Last July, the actress posted: “To those who are spreading the rumor of the end of Joséphine Guardian Angel in 2025: we are shooting second this year and third next year. And we are on the 125th episode. Joséphine still has great missions to accomplish!”

More recently, November 21, 2023, the actress proved that the television series still had a bright future ahead of it by posting the following text: “Filming of Joséphine Ange Gardien ‘Les Sirènes’ on November 2 at the Saint-Germain-en-Laye swimming pool with great swimmers! Have a nice day everyone”. Health problems which therefore do not impact the television series of the first channel.
